Their site at www.globalknowledge.org/ is for anyone of like mind, and includes a comprehensive list of links to related sites. The International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change web site ibm.rhrz.uni-bonn.de:80/IHDP/ links to national research programmes and other projects and publications on human dimensions of global environmental change, plus a calendar of related events. Recommended publications for development professionals are highlighted on the Intermediate Technology web site www.oneworld.org/itdg which also outlines the research and programmes being carried out by this international development NGO. The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) produces a range of publications including reports and technical papers which are featured on its web site at www.ipcc.ch including downloadable summaries of reports for policymakers. The home page of the US Global Change Research Information Office (GCRIO) at www.gcrio.org/ showcases selected links each month, as well as a range of information on US global change research, adaptation/mitigation technologies and strategies and global change related educational resources. A searchable database on Environmental Technologies is a useful feature of the UNEP International Environmental Technology Centre (IETC) web site www.unep.or.jp/ which also contains links to projects, publications, news and events relating to environmentally sound technology transfer. Focusing on Southeast Asia, the Southeast Asian Science Policy Advisory Network in Global Change web site at www.icsea.or.id/SEA-SPAN/ aims to improve interplay between policy and scientific communities.
