Tom Barker: Health Editor

Tom Barker joined id21 at the end of July 2002 as Health Editor. Prior to this, he was Parliamentary and Public Affairs Officer at the NHS Confederation - the membership body for NHS organisations. He also provided the secretariat for the All Party Parliamentary Group on Primary Care and Public Health.
He is responsible for the content of the Health sections of the id21 website which involves:

* Sourcing material for inclusion as research highlights
* Writing, commissioning and editing research highlights
* Updating the Health website pages
* Issuing regular email bulletins
* Commissioning and editing articles for the print review Insights Health

He is always happy to receive new research papers, articles or books for possible inclusion on id21 Health. Please do get in touch if you think you may have some suitable material.
