Freida M'Cormack: Infrastructure Editor

Freida M'Cormack joined the id21 team in March 2004 as Infrastructure editor. Freida has an MPhil in Development Studies at the Institute of Development Studies and has an academic background in City and Regional Planning and Political Science. Freida has also worked in Sierra Leone as an Information Officer with GTZ-IS, a German Development Agency.

Freida is responsible for expanding the Urban Poverty section of the id21 website to both rural and urban infrastructure research. This involves:

* Sourcing material for inclusion as research highlights
* Writing, commissioning and editing research highlights
* Updating the id21 Urban Poverty website pages
* Issuing regular id21UrbanNews email bulletins
