The UK Department for International Development has been developing an expanding Education Research programme, publishing the results in a series of Education Papers. Each one represents a study or piece of commissioned research on an aspect of education and training in developing countries, undertaken in order to provide informed judgements to inform policy decisions.

This catalogue lists all the Education papers published to date, together with associated publications. The full texts of papers 1-49 are also available on a CD-ROM 'Researching Education Development',
and from the DFID website. Papers can also be requested free of charge from:
